Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- We offer a 30-day return period for any goods that you purchase that are found to be faulty or not as ordered. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
- Custom orders and products that have been used/fitted incorrectly, damaged, or altered are non-returnable.
- No return will be offered for a ‘change of mind’ but contact our customer service team to discuss any Exchange availability.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Returns Shipping fees are non-refundable.
